There are some differences between the enforcement programs in each jurisdiction, but the similarities outweigh these. The Police organisations in each jurisdiction are keen to develop further their enforcement programs in a way that maximises their effectiveness while still meeting their particular social, policy, cultural, and political responsibilities. This project was funded by Austroads to provide information to Australasian Police organisations concerning key issues currently confronting effective enforcement programs that target drink driving. | Report Number | RC1650-1 | Publisher | ARRB Transport Research | Sponsor | Austroads | Page Count | 66 | Notes | Available from Austroads: http://www.onlinepublications.austroads.com.au for registered users.
