The proportion of women in the night-time driving population increased significantly from 1981 to 1987, as did the proportion of women with BACs at or above 0.08. However, an examination of the BACs of fatally injured female drivers provided no evidence of increasing alcohol involvement over the same time period. | Report Number | MR3 | Publisher | Federal Office of Road Safety, Transport and Communiations | Publisher City | Canberra | Sponsor | Federal OFfice of Road Safety | ISBN | 0642513317 | ISSN | 1034-3830 | Page Count | 20 | Notes | http://www.infrastructure.gov.au/roads/safety/publications/1989/pdf/mr_03.pdf |
