TitleDrink driving in South Australia: The women's experience
AuthorsHolubowycz OT
Year1989
TypeConference Paper
AbstractSex differences with respect to drinking patterns are presented, using data from both household and roadside surveys. Several levels of drinking are then examined: roadside survey data, hospital admission data, and fatality data. Within each data set, blood alcohol levels provide the basis for comparison between men's and women's involvement in drink-driving. Where the data sets permit, temporal changes are also examined.
