Abstract	Progress Report: This project was described in the technical proposal as follows: The aim of the study is to advance the understanding of brain trauma by better relating stiff cranial structures to central nervous system injury with particular reference to the relative motion concept of injury. This will be done by recording and classifying the 'hard' structures of the skull interior in such a way as to facilitate the comparison of the location and shape of these structures with the location and nature of contusions in the brain.
