Fees
The registration fee for the conference is AUD$790 if received on or before 12 May 1995. After this date the fee will be AUD$900.
This fee includes the Welcoming Reception on Sunday evening, the Conference Dinner on Tuesday night, refreshments and lunches during the conference, and the excursion on Wednesday. It also includes a copy of the proceedings of the conference.
Accompanying Persons
A social program is available for accompanying persons. Child care facilities will be available at cost on request for children over the age of six months.
Reservations for accompanying persons to attend the Welcoming Reception, Conference Dinner and Conference Excursion must be made on the registration form. The costs per person are: Reception, AUD$30; Dinner, AUD$75; Excursion, AUD$70.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Secretariat. Registration fees will be refunded on receipt of written cancellation as follows:
On or before 21 July 1995
100% of fees, less AUD$150 fee to cover administrative costs.
After 21 July 1995
No refund.
